Responsibilities
- Process customer transactions including deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and loan payments with 100% accuracy
- Provide exceptional customer service by resolving inquiries and promoting bank products/services
- Maintain strict adherence to banking regulations, security protocols, and anti-fraud procedures
- Balance cash drawer and daily transactions while meeting audit requirements
- Learn and utilize core banking systems, including digital banking platforms
- Assist with branch operations, including opening accounts and processing loan applications
- Participate in ongoing training programs to develop financial expertise
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; college coursework in finance preferred
- Minimum 6 months customer service or cash handling experience
- Strong numerical aptitude and attention to detail
- Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and point-of-sale systems
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and occasional evenings
- Excellent communication skills with professional demeanor
- Must pass background check and credit check
