Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service through in-person transactions and financial consultations
- Process deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and loan payments with 100% accuracy
- Balance cash drawer daily and resolve discrepancies promptly
- Identify cross-selling opportunities for bank products and services
- Adhere to all banking regulations, security protocols, and compliance standards
- Train on digital banking platforms and self-service technologies
- Maintain organized customer records and transaction documentation
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; college coursework preferred
- Minimum 6 months customer service or cash handling experience
- Strong mathematical aptitude and attention to detail
- Proficiency with basic computer applications and point-of-sale systems
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and some holidays
- Pass federal background check and credit check requirements
