Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service at the teller window
- Process transactions accurately including deposits, withdrawals, and transfers
- Balance cash drawer and maintain meticulous records
- Identify opportunities to promote bank products and services
- Adhere to all security protocols and compliance regulations
- Assist customers with basic account inquiries
- Participate in ongoing training and development programs
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
