Responsibilities
- Architect Future Workflows: Design and implement operational frameworks for multimodal AI models to streamline enterprise processes.
- Operational Scaling: Lead the deployment of large-scale AI infrastructure, ensuring 99.9% uptime and seamless integration across departments.
- Future-Proofing: Proactively identify emerging AI trends (e.g., Autonomous Agents, Quantum AI interfaces) and develop strategic roadmaps to integrate them into our product line by 2026.
- Ethical Governance: Establish and enforce AI ethics guidelines and compliance standards to mitigate bias and ensure responsible deployment.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Collaborate with R&D, Product, and Legal teams to translate technical capabilities into business value.
- Cost Optimization: Manage cloud infrastructure budgets for AI workloads, utilizing advanced optimization techniques to reduce operational expenditure.
Qualifications
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in operations management, DevOps, or Technical Project Management within high-growth tech environments.
- AI Expertise: Deep understanding of LLMs (Large Language Models), vector databases, and Generative AI architectures. Experience with Hugging Face, LangChain, or similar frameworks is highly preferred.
- Strategic Vision: Proven track record of planning and executing long-term technical strategies, specifically looking ahead 3-5 years.
- Technical Fluency: Proficiency in Python, Kubernetes, Docker, and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP).
- Leadership: Demonstrated ability to lead diverse teams through complex digital transformations.
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
