Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Roadmap: Create a comprehensive technology strategy that aligns business objectives with emerging trends, specifically targeting innovations relevant to the 2026 landscape.
- Evaluate Emerging Tech: Conduct rigorous research and pilots on breakthrough technologies such as Quantum Computing, Advanced AI, and Spatial Computing to determine feasibility and ROI.
- Innovation Labs: Lead the internal 'Future Tech' lab to prototype and validate concepts before full-scale deployment.
- Stakeholder Alignment: Translate complex technical concepts into strategic business value for the C-suite and board members.
- Talent Strategy: Architect the talent acquisition strategy for future roles, identifying skill gaps and building a pipeline of visionary engineers and scientists.
- Competitive Analysis: Continuously monitor global tech trends to ensure Nexus Horizon remains a market leader in innovation.
Qualifications
- 10+ Years of Experience: Proven track record in executive leadership, technology strategy, or product strategy within a Fortune 500 or high-growth tech environment.
- Strategic Vision: Demonstrated ability to look 3-5 years into the future and identify high-impact technological shifts.
- Deep Tech Knowledge: Strong understanding of AI, Cloud Infrastructure, Blockchain, or Quantum technologies.
- Communication Skills: Exceptional ability to communicate complex strategies to non-technical stakeholders and inspire cross-functional teams.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business Administration; Master’s degree preferred.
- Agile Mindset: Experience managing complex projects with shifting priorities in a rapidly evolving environment.
