Responsibilities
- Develop and communicate a comprehensive technology roadmap focused on the 2026 timeframe, including AI, Quantum Readiness, and Web3 integration.
- Lead cross-functional innovation labs to prototype and validate emerging technologies before full-scale deployment.
- Identify high-potential startups and partners for acquisition or strategic collaboration to accelerate our innovation pipeline.
- Define technical standards and architectural principles that will govern our systems for the next decade.
- Mentor senior engineering leadership and foster a culture of continuous learning and experimentation.
- Monitor global tech trends and geopolitical factors to mitigate risk and capitalize on emerging market opportunities.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; PhD preferred.
- 15+ years of experience in senior leadership roles within the technology sector, with at least 5 years in strategic planning.
- Deep technical fluency in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, and Cloud Native architectures.
- Proven track record of delivering complex, large-scale software solutions in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent executive presence with the ability to influence stakeholders at the board level.
- Strong background in financial modeling and ROI analysis for tech investments.
