Responsibilities
- Define and articulate a comprehensive 2026 Technology Vision that aligns with business objectives.
- Lead cross-functional teams in researching and integrating emerging technologies (AI, AR/VR, Quantum).
- Conduct deep-dive market analysis to identify high-impact innovation opportunities.
- Develop and maintain long-term product roadmaps for future tech initiatives.

Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in Product Management, Strategy, or Engineering leadership.
- Deep technical understanding of Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, and distributed systems.
- Proven track record of leading teams through complex transitions and ambiguity.
- Exceptional analytical skills with a focus on strategic foresight.
- Excellent communication skills to translate complex tech concepts into business value.
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business Administration preferred.
