- Innovation Leadership: Foster a culture of experimentation, researching emerging technologies like Web3 and Quantum Readiness.
- Team Management: Lead a diverse team of engineers, data scientists, and futurists, driving professional growth and high-performance standards.
- Stakeholder Communication: Translate complex technical concepts into actionable business strategies for C-level executives and investors.
Qualifications
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in senior technology leadership, with at least 5 years in AI or Future Tech strategy.
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business Administration (MBA preferred).
- Tech Stack: Deep understanding of LLMs, Cloud Architecture (AWS/Azure/GCP), and Cybersecurity protocols.
- Strategic Vision: Proven ability to anticipate market trends and align technology with business goals.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical visions to non-technical stakeholders.
