- Define and execute the comprehensive 2026 Strategic Roadmap, aligning technology initiatives with corporate objectives.
- Lead cross-functional initiatives to integrate emerging technologies (AI, Quantum, Blockchain) into core business processes.
- Conduct deep-dive research on market trends to identify high-impact opportunities for growth and disruption.
- Manage a budget of over $5M for R&D and innovation projects, ensuring optimal ROI.
- Establish a predictive analytics framework to forecast industry shifts and customer behavior.
- Collaborate with C-suite executives to secure buy-in for ambitious future-state initiatives.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in strategic planning, technology management, or executive leadership roles.
- Demonstrated success in leading complex, multi-year transformation projects.
- Advanced degree (MBA or Master's in Technology Management) preferred.
