- Innovation Management: Oversee the R&D division, fostering a culture of experimentation and cutting-edge technological discovery.
- Executive Stakeholder Management: Present complex future-forward strategies to the C-Suite and board members, securing buy-in for massive capital investments.
- Talent Acquisition: Recruit and mentor top-tier engineering talent capable of solving 2026's most complex challenges.
Qualifications
- Strategic Vision: 10+ years of experience in senior leadership roles within the tech industry, specifically in strategic planning.
- Technical Acumen: Deep understanding of Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, and emerging quantum technologies.
- Problem Solving: Proven track record of navigating ambiguity and turning abstract future concepts into executable business plans.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to translate complex technical jargon into compelling narratives for diverse audiences.
