Responsibilities
- Architect 2026+ technology roadmaps integrating AI, quantum computing, and neurotech convergence
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing patent-pending frameworks for ethical AI deployment
- Identify and commercialize emerging tech opportunities through market analysis and competitive intelligence
- Present visionary strategies to C-suite executives and global innovation councils
- Drive R&D initiatives in human-machine symbiosis and decentralized systems
- Establish governance protocols for autonomous technologies and quantum security
- Mentor next-gen talent through innovation labs and future-focused workshops
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or emerging tech R&D
- Proven track record launching breakthrough technologies valued at $50M+
- Expertise in at least three future-tech domains: quantum computing, synthetic biology, or neurotech
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed journals or industry whitepapers
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futurism (PhD preferred)
- Proficiency in scenario planning tools and technology forecasting methodologies
- Experience securing federal grants for experimental tech initiatives
