Responsibilities
- Develop 3-5 year technology roadmaps with 95% predictive accuracy
- Lead scenario planning for disruptive tech convergence (quantum/AI/biotech)
- Partner with C-suite to align innovation with business objectives
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies through patent analysis and academic partnerships
- Design ethical frameworks for next-gen autonomous systems
- Present strategic briefings to global stakeholders and regulatory bodies
- Mentor a team of futurist analysts and technologists
Qualifications
- 15+ years in strategic technology planning or futurist research
- Proven track record predicting tech trends (3+ major disruptions)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Systems Engineering, or Futures Studies
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging domains: quantum, neurotech, or climate tech
- Published author or keynote speaker at global tech forums
- Proficiency in foresight methodologies (Delphi, Horizon Scanning)
- Experience scaling innovation in Fortune 500 environments
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (preferred)
