As a key member of our Future Intelligence Division, you'll collaborate with quantum computing researchers, AI ethicists, and sustainability architects to develop next-generation frameworks. Responsibilities
- Analyze global tech trends (Web4, quantum computing, bio-integration) to create 5-year strategic roadmaps
- Lead cross-functional workshops with C-suite executives to align innovation with business objectives
- Develop patent-protected frameworks for ethical AI deployment and human-machine symbiosis
- Present future scenarios at industry summits and publish thought leadership in Nature Technology
- Mentor a team of 5 futurists while managing $2M innovation portfolio
- Partner with MIT Media Lab and Stanford HAI on joint research initiatives
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Systems Engineering, or Futurist Studies with 8+ years experience
- Proven track record of scaling emerging tech from concept to market (3+ exits)
- Deep expertise in quantum algorithms, neuromorphic computing, or climate tech modeling
- Certified in Futures Thinking (CFP) and Agile methodologies
- Published research in IEEE or ACM journals with 500+ citations
- Experience advising Fortune 100 boards on digital transformation
- Portfolio of 5+ patented technologies solving 2025+ challenges
