Responsibilities
- Conduct in-depth research on emerging technologies and future trends to identify opportunities and threats for InnovateHorizons.
- Develop and maintain a strategic foresight framework to anticipate changes in the market, technology, and society by 2026.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate future insights into product development, marketing, and business strategy.
- Present findings and strategic recommendations to executive leadership and stakeholders in a compelling and actionable manner.
- Build and nurture a network of experts, thought leaders, and innovators to stay ahead of the curve.
- Lead the creation of scenario planning and roadmaps for the next 5-10 years, aligning with the company's vision.
- Monitor and analyze global megatrends, including AI, biotechnology, climate tech, and digital transformation.
Qualifications
- Master's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Futures Studies, Technology Strategy, Business Administration, or equivalent experience).
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in strategic foresight, technology consulting, or a related field.
- Proven track record of successfully identifying and leveraging emerging trends for business growth.
- Exceptional analytical and critical thinking skills, with the ability to synthesize complex information.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate future scenarios to diverse audiences.
