- Develop comprehensive technology roadmaps aligned with market projections and business objectives
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on future technology adoption strategies
- Produce predictive models and scenario analyses for technological disruptions
- Collaborate with R&D to prioritize innovation initiatives with 3-5 year impact horizons
- Represent the company at industry conferences and thought leadership forums
- Mentor junior strategists and build a future-focused technology intelligence framework
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or futurist consulting
- Proven track record developing technology roadmaps with 5+ year horizons
- Expertise in emerging technologies (AI, blockchain, AR/VR, quantum computing)
- Strong analytical skills with experience in predictive modeling and scenario planning
- Exceptional communication abilities to translate complex concepts for executive audiences
- Advanced degree in Technology, Engineering, Business, or related field
- Published thought leadership in technology futurism or innovation strategy
- Certification in foresight methodology (e.g., CFIP) preferred
