Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive technology foresight framework for 2026, covering AI, quantum computing, biotech, and decentralized systems
- Produce scenario-based strategic roadmaps for product development and market positioning
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on emerging technology adoption
- Establish KPIs and measurement systems for innovation portfolio performance
- Represent the company at global tech forums and thought leadership conferences
- Partner with R&D to identify and prototype breakthrough technologies with 3-5 year commercialization horizons
- Monitor geopolitical and regulatory shifts affecting technology deployment timelines
Qualifications
- Minimum 8 years in technology strategy, innovation management, or futurist consulting
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging technology domains (AI, quantum, AR/VR, synthetic biology)
- Proven track record of translating foresight into commercialized products or services
- Advanced degree in Technology Management, Futures Studies, or related field
- Certification in Foresight Methodology (e.g., CFrA, CFP) strongly preferred
- Exceptional presentation skills with experience to executive audiences
- Published thought leadership in technology or business strategy publications
- Experience working with agile development methodologies in tech environments
