Responsibilities
- Architect 5-year technology roadmaps for post-quantum security frameworks
- Lead scenario-planning workshops for autonomous system governance
- Translate emerging tech (AGI, synthetic biology) into market-ready solutions
- Advocate for ethical AI deployment through policy whitepapers
- Manage partnerships with DARPA and frontier research institutions
- Mentor a team of 12 futurist engineers and data scientists
Qualifications
- 15+ years in technology strategy with 5+ years in emerging tech
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Systems Engineering, or Futures Studies
- Published research in Nature or Science on technology forecasting
- Expertise in quantum-resistant cryptography and neuro-symbolic AI
- Proven track record scaling SaaS platforms to $100M+ ARR
- Deep knowledge of regulatory frameworks (EU AI Act, US AI Bill of Rights)
- Fluency in Python, TensorFlow, and system modeling tools
