Responsibilities
- Architect 5-10 year technology roadmaps aligning with global market disruption forecasts
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints prototyping quantum-AI hybrid solutions
- Analyze emerging tech trends (neuromorphic chips, synthetic biology, etc.) for commercial viability
- Develop patent-pending frameworks for ethical AI governance and sustainable tech deployment
- Present strategic briefings to C-suite and board members on paradigm-shifting opportunities
- Mentor R&D teams in exponential technology adoption methodologies
- Forge strategic partnerships with academic institutions and government innovation labs
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futurist Studies (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic tech planning with 3+ years in exponential technology domains
- Proven track record launching at least two market-disrupting tech products
- Expertise in forecasting methodologies (Delphi, scenario planning, horizon scanning)
- Deep understanding of quantum computing, neuromorphic systems, and synthetic biology
- Certification in AI ethics frameworks (IEEE, EU AI Act compliance)
- Published thought leadership in top-tier tech journals (Nature, IEEE Spectrum)
- Fluency in at least two programming languages (Python, R, or Julia) required
