- Build partnerships with academic institutions and industry pioneers
- Quantify market potential and ROI for emerging technologies
- Mentor junior futurists and drive innovation culture
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- 8+ years in strategic technology planning or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of launching breakthrough technologies
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI/ML, quantum, blockchain)
- Exceptional data-driven decision-making and scenario modeling
- Strong presentation skills for executive audiences
- Published thought leadership in tech innovation
