Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a 2026 technology strategy roadmap aligned with emerging trends in AI, quantum computing, and biotech
- Lead R&D initiatives for next-gen human-machine interfaces and autonomous systems
- Collaborate with C-suite executives to integrate futuristic technologies into core business operations
- Establish ethical governance frameworks for advanced AI and neural network deployments
- Partner with venture capital teams to identify and evaluate disruptive startups in frontier tech
- Present strategic foresight insights to global stakeholders and industry conferences
- Mentor cross-functional teams in agile innovation methodologies for experimental technologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, R&D leadership, or emerging tech innovation
- Proven expertise in AI/ML, quantum computing, or neurotechnology implementation
- Published thought leadership in futurism, tech ethics, or disruptive innovation
- Track record of launching at least two breakthrough tech products/services
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Future Studies (PhD preferred)
- Deep understanding of global tech policy landscape and regulatory frameworks
- Exceptional ability to translate complex technical concepts for executive audiences
- Certification in foresight methodologies (e.g., CF foresight) strongly preferred
