Responsibilities
- Lead strategic foresight initiatives mapping technological trajectories through 2030
- Design prototype systems integrating quantum computing, neural interfaces, and sustainable materials
- Partner with NASA and DARPA on next-gen space exploration technologies
- Develop ethical frameworks for autonomous AI systems and human augmentation
- Present innovations at global forums including TED and World Economic Summit
- Mentor cross-disciplinary teams of physicists, bioengineers, and computational designers
- Secure $10M+ in R&D funding through grant proposals and venture partnerships
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Robotics, or Future Studies from Tier-1 institution
- 7+ years in R&D with 3+ breakthrough patents in emerging tech
- Expertise in AI ethics, human-computer interaction, and sustainable design
- Published research in Nature/Science with 500+ citations
- Experience securing government grants (DARPA, NSF) or venture capital
- Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, and quantum simulation tools
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ commercialized futuristic technologies
- Fluency in Mandarin, Spanish, or Arabic for global collaborations
