- Establish ethical AI frameworks for autonomous systems deployment
- Drive cross-departmental innovation sprints with venture capitalists and academic partners
- Present future trend analyses to board members and industry consortiums
- Mentor emerging technologists in our Future Leaders program
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Systems Engineering, or Futuristics (PhD preferred)
- 7+ years in strategic technology planning or emerging tech R&D leadership
- Published research in quantum computing, AI ethics, or sustainable tech
- Proven track record of translating theoretical concepts to commercial applications
- Expertise in scenario planning methodologies (e.g., Delphi, Horizon Scanning)
- Strong network with academic institutions and global tech policy bodies
- Certification in Futures Studies or Technology Foresight (e.g., APF, WFS)
