Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech leadership with 5+ in AI/quantum domains
- Proven track record shipping futuristic products (3+ launches)
- Expertise in neural network optimization and quantum error correction
- Published research in IEEE or Nature on emerging tech
- Fluency in Python, Qiskit, and TensorFlow Quantum
- PhD in Computer Science, Physics, or equivalent experience
