Responsibilities
- Analyze exponential trends in AI, biotech, quantum computing, and climate tech to forecast 2026+ market landscapes
- Develop strategic scenarios and roadmaps for product innovation and market expansion
- Lead cross-functional workshops integrating futurist principles into R&D and product development
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and industry thought leaders
- Present foresight insights to executive stakeholders and investor communities
- Create frameworks for measuring organizational readiness for disruptive change
- Document methodologies and publish thought leadership in emerging tech domains
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Technology Forecasting, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 7+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of translating complex trends into commercial opportunities
- Deep expertise in at least two exponential technology domains (AI, quantum, biotech, etc.)
- Exceptional storytelling skills with executive-level presentation experience
- Experience with scenario planning, Delphi methods, and horizon scanning
- Published work in futurist journals or industry thought leadership platforms
