Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive 2026 strategic vision roadmap using trend analysis, scenario planning, and predictive modeling
- Lead cross-functional initiatives to integrate emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) into core business strategy
- Conduct horizon scanning and competitive intelligence to identify disruptive opportunities and threats
- Design and facilitate innovation workshops with C-suite executives and external stakeholders
- Produce actionable foresight reports and strategic recommendations for executive decision-making
- Build and maintain strategic partnerships with academic institutions, research labs, and innovation hubs
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Innovation, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years of experience in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or corporate strategy
- Proven expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and technology roadmapping
- Deep understanding of emerging technologies (AI, blockchain, AR/VR, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to translate complex concepts to diverse audiences
- Track record of driving large-scale strategic initiatives with measurable impact
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation strategy (strongly preferred)
