Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain the 2026 technology foresight framework using horizon scanning and trend analysis
- Produce quarterly disruption reports identifying emerging threats and opportunities in AI, biotech, and sustainable energy
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate future scenarios into product roadmaps and business strategies
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions and government innovation labs
- Design ethical frameworks for next-gen autonomous systems and quantum applications
- Present strategic briefings to executive board and investor committees
- Oversee the Horizon 2026 Innovation Lab incubating moonshot projects
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or technology strategy leadership
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Published author or keynote speaker on exponential technologies
- Proficiency in scenario planning tools (e.g., Causal Layered Analysis, Delphi Method)
- Experience with quantum computing, synthetic biology, or climate tech ecosystems
