Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain the 2026 technology foresight framework, scanning horizon for AI/quantum/sustainability breakthroughs
- Produce strategic whitepapers and scenario-planning models for board-level decision-making
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype 2026-ready solutions
- Establish strategic partnerships with MIT Media Lab, Singularity University, and quantum research consortia
- Design and execute organizational change initiatives to embed future-ready capabilities
- Represent Horizon Dynamics at Davos, TED, and global tech policy forums
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic consulting, R&D leadership, or futurist roles at FAANG or tier-1 tech firms
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or Computational Physics
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed journals (Nature, MIT Tech Review)
- Fluency in scenario modeling tools (STEEP, Delphi) and AI forecasting platforms
- Portfolio of 3+ executed innovation initiatives with >$50M impact
- Security clearance for classified R&D projects
- Proficiency in Mandarin or Arabic for global stakeholder engagement
