Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive 2026+ strategic scenarios using horizon scanning, trend analysis, and predictive modeling
- Lead cross-functional workshops to synthesize insights from AI, biotech, climate science, and quantum computing domains
- Design adaptive roadmaps for organizational transformation in response to emerging disruptions
- Author white papers and thought leadership publications on future-of-work paradigms
- Partner with product teams to integrate foresight into innovation pipelines
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, academics, and industry disruptors
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders and board members
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future-focused planning
- Portfolio demonstrating scenario planning work for 2026+ horizons
- Expertise in exponential technologies (AI, quantum computing, synthetic biology)
- Strong proficiency in foresight methodologies (Delphi, causal layered analysis)
- Proven ability to translate complex futures into executable business strategies
- Exceptional communication skills for executive and technical audiences
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation journals
