- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate foresight into product roadmaps and innovation pipelines
- Author high-impact trend reports and scenario plans for executive decision-making
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype solutions for anticipated market shifts
- Establish early-warning systems for emerging technologies and competitive threats
- Present strategic futures insights to investors and board members
Qualifications
- 8+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future-focused tech roles
- Proven expertise in scenario planning and trend analysis methodologies
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies (AI, quantum, biotech, etc.)
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex concepts to stakeholders
- Track record of influencing C-suite strategy with data-driven futurism
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology Management, or related field
- Portfolio of published foresight work or strategic frameworks
