Responsibilities

- Lead cross-functional task forces to identify and evaluate emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) and their market implications
- Produce high-impact executive briefings and visualizations translating complex future scenarios into actionable business strategies
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions, government agencies, and innovation hubs to shape 2026 industry roadmaps
- Design and facilitate immersive future-state simulations for executive decision-making
- Monitor global geopolitical, economic, and technological signals to anticipate disruptions and opportunities
- Mentor a team of junior futurists while maintaining thought leadership through white papers and industry speaking engagements
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Strategic Foresight, Futures Studies, Technology Management, or equivalent with 7+ years in strategic planning or innovation roles
- Proven expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and horizon scanning methodologies
- Deep technical literacy in emerging technologies (generative AI, Web3, neurotech) and their societal implications
- Exceptional storytelling and visualization skills with portfolio demonstrating complex future-state communication
- Experience advising C-suite executives on long-term strategic transformation
- Strong quantitative and qualitative research abilities with proficiency in foresight tools (e.g., Delphi method, causal layered analysis)
- Global perspective with demonstrated experience in cross-cultural strategic planning
