Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning and trend analysis across AI, biotechnology, quantum computing, and sustainable energy sectors
- Develop strategic foresight frameworks for long-term business planning and risk mitigation
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype future-facing solutions aligned with 2026 technology roadmaps
- Deliver executive briefings on disruptive forces and paradigm shifts affecting global markets
- Curate thought leadership content and whitepapers positioning our company as an innovation pioneer
- Design scenario-planning workshops for stakeholders to visualize and prepare for alternative futures
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology Strategy, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 7+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or technology forecasting
- Proven track record of translating trend analysis into actionable business strategies
- Deep expertise in exponential technologies and their societal implications
- Exceptional storytelling abilities to communicate complex future scenarios to diverse audiences
- Published thought leadership in reputable futurism or technology journals
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., from APF or WFS) strongly preferred
