Responsibilities
- Develop and publish annual 2026 innovation roadmaps using predictive modeling and trend analysis
- Lead cross-functional workshops to identify disruptive opportunities in AI, quantum computing, and biotech
- Partner with C-suite executives to translate foresight into actionable strategic initiatives
- Author thought leadership reports on future-of-work paradigms and sustainable tech adoption
- Manage a $2M innovation portfolio with ROI-focused project prioritization
- Mentor junior strategists in futures thinking methodologies
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Innovation Management, or related field
- 5+ years experience in strategic foresight or innovation consulting
- Proven expertise in scenario planning and horizon scanning techniques
- Deep understanding of emerging tech ecosystems (Web3, AI ethics, climate tech)
- Exceptional storytelling skills for communicating complex future scenarios
- Portfolio demonstrating successful 3-5 year strategic implementations
- Proficiency in foresight tools (e.g., Causal Layered Analysis, Delphi method)
