Responsibilities
- Analyze global megatrends, technological disruptions, and societal shifts to identify 2026+ opportunities
- Develop strategic foresight frameworks and scenario-planning models for C-suite decision-making
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype future-facing solutions
- Build and maintain an external network of futurists, technologists, and industry pioneers
- Translate complex foresight insights into compelling narratives for diverse stakeholders
- Champion emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) integration strategy
- Measure and report on innovation portfolio ROI and strategic alignment
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Innovation Management, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 7+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or tech R&D leadership
- Proven track record of developing and implementing 5-10 year strategic roadmaps
- Expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and systems thinking methodologies
- Exceptional communication skills with experience influencing executive audiences
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies and their societal implications
- Portfolio of published foresight work or innovation initiatives
- Certification in foresight methodologies (e.g., from Association of Professional Futurists)
