Responsibilities
- Develop 5-year predictive technology roadmaps using AI-driven trend analysis and scenario planning
- Lead ideation workshops for quantum computing, biotech, and climate tech innovations
- Analyze market disruptions and competitive landscapes to identify strategic opportunities
- Present foresight findings to executive stakeholders and investors through compelling narratives
- Partner with R&D to prototype next-gen solutions in our innovation labs
- Build and manage a global network of futurists, technologists, and industry disruptors
- Author thought leadership reports on emerging societal and technological paradigms
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Technology Forecasting, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years experience in strategic innovation consulting or corporate R&D leadership
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI, quantum, synthetic biology, etc.)
- Proven track record of translating foresight into commercialized innovations
- Exceptional systems thinking and probabilistic modeling capabilities
- Experience with scenario planning tools (e.g., Causal Layered Analysis, Cross-Impact Matrices)
- Portfolio demonstrating published futurist work or implemented strategic innovations
- Ability to simplify complex concepts for diverse audiences
