Responsibilities
- Conduct horizon-scanning research to identify emerging trends, technologies, and societal shifts impacting industries by 2026
- Develop strategic innovation frameworks and roadmaps for Fortune 500 clients navigating disruptive change
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on future scenarios and adaptive strategies
- Author thought leadership publications and predictive models for C-suite decision-making
- Manage a portfolio of innovation pilots testing future-forward business models
- Partner with venture capital teams to identify disruptive startups for strategic partnerships
- Present foresight findings at global conferences and industry summits
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futuristics, Strategic Foresight, Innovation Management, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years experience in innovation strategy, consulting, or corporate R&D with demonstrable impact
- Proven track record of developing and implementing future-ready business strategies
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech, etc.) and their implications
- Exceptional scenario planning and systems thinking abilities
- Strong presentation skills with experience to executive audiences
- Portfolio published foresight work or innovation frameworks
- Proficiency in foresight methodologies (e.g., Delphi, STEEP analysis, cross-impact matrices)
