- Translate complex futures into actionable business frameworks
- Manage $2M+ innovation portfolio with measurable ROI targets

Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic innovation or futurism roles
- Published thought leadership in tech/innovation journals
- Expertise in at least three emerging tech domains (AI/ML, Quantum, Biotech)
- Proven track record of scaling experimental projects to commercial success
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or equivalent
- Portfolio demonstrating 2026+ vision artifacts (scenarios, prototypes)
- Exceptional systems thinking with ability to model complex interdependencies
