Responsibilities
- Lead foresight research and scenario planning for 2026+ technological convergence
- Design strategic roadmaps for quantum computing, biotech, and AI integration
- Partner with C-suite executives to embed future-proofing into corporate strategy
- Develop and deliver innovation workshops for Fortune 500 clients
- Manage a $5M R&D portfolio for experimental technologies
- Author white papers and keynote presentations at global tech summits
- Mentor a team of 12 futurists and innovation analysts
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or emerging tech
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Published thought leadership on exponential technologies
- Experience with scenario planning frameworks (e.g., Shell, Delphi)
- Deep expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, synthetic biology, AGI
- Proven track record of implementing future-proof strategies
- Exceptional communication skills for technical and executive audiences
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ industry-transforming innovations
