Responsibilities
- Develop 5-year strategic foresight frameworks for Fortune 500 clients
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints using Design Thinking & Scenario Planning
- Curate annual 'FutureTrends' summit featuring industry pioneers
- Quantify emerging market opportunities using predictive analytics
- Prototype disruptive solutions in our R&D lab (AI, quantum, biotech)
- Mentor next-gen futurists through our Future Leaders program
- Secure $5M+ in innovation grants for strategic initiatives
Qualifications
- 10+ years in innovation strategy, futurism, or R&D leadership
- Published thought leadership in top-tier journals (e.g., MIT Tech Review)
- Expertise in horizon scanning and weak signal detection
- PhD or Master's in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or equivalent
- Portfolio of executed breakthrough innovations (3+ case studies)
- Proficiency in foresight tools (e.g., Delphi, STEEP analysis)
- Global network with Fortune 100 innovation executives
