Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategic foresight frameworks for 2026+ technology ecosystems
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with AI, biotech, and renewable energy divisions
- Produce horizon-scanning reports identifying paradigm shifts in human-machine interaction
- Design ethical governance protocols for autonomous systems and neural interfaces
- Curate the annual 'Future Forward' summit featuring Nobel laureates and industry disruptors
- Establish KPIs measuring societal impact beyond traditional business metrics
- Mentor emerging futurists through our Quantum Leap Fellowship program
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or equivalent experience
- 5+ years in strategic foresight or innovation leadership within tech/biotech
- Portfolio demonstrating published foresight work on 2025+ scenarios
- Expertise in scenario planning, Delphi methodology, and trend analysis
- Deep understanding of quantum computing, synthetic biology, and AGI ethics
- Proficiency in foresight tools (e.g., Trendalyzer, Cassandra, Horizon Scanner)
- Track record of implementing future-ready strategies with measurable impact
