Responsibilities

- Conduct horizon scanning to identify disruptive forces affecting future markets
- Design ethical frameworks for autonomous systems and neural interfaces
- Partner with governments to shape policy for emerging tech ecosystems
- Present strategic foresight findings to executive stakeholders and investors
- Mentor innovation teams in speculative design methodologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech strategy, R&D, or innovation leadership
- Proven track record of scaling breakthrough technologies to market
- Expertise in futures thinking, scenario planning, and trend analysis
- Deep understanding of AI ethics, quantum computing, or biotech
- Experience presenting to C-suite and government entities
- Published research or thought leadership in emerging technologies
- MSc/PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futures Studies
