Responsibilities
- Architect 5-year innovation roadmaps mapping technological convergence in AI, biotech, and climate tech
- Lead cross-functional workshops to identify disruption opportunities in emerging markets
- Produce quarterly trend briefings for C-suite executives on 2026 paradigm shifts
- Design prototype frameworks for human-AI collaboration systems with MIT Media Lab partners
- Develop patent-pending methodologies for ethical technology deployment
- Represent Horizon Dynamics at Davos and TED Future conferences
- Mentor a team of 12 futurist researchers using scenario planning methodologies
Qualifications
- 15+ years in strategic foresight with 5+ years in Fortune 500 tech leadership
- PhD in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or equivalent demonstrable expertise
- Published author in peer-reviewed journals on technological singularity impacts
- Proven track record of commercializing futuristic concepts (3+ case studies)
- Mastery of Delphi method, horizon scanning, and causal layered analysis
- Expertise in quantum computing architectures and generative AI ethics
- Security clearance for DoD innovation partnerships (preferred)
