Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 technology innovation roadmap using predictive analytics and trend forecasting
- Lead cross-functional teams to prototype and scale next-gen solutions (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Conduct horizon scanning and scenario planning for global market disruptions
- Present strategic recommendations to stakeholders through compelling data visualizations
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and research labs
- Drive innovation culture through hackathons and ideation workshops
- Monitor emerging risks and opportunities in regulatory landscapes
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Innovation Management, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of launching market-defining products/services
- Expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and technology adoption curves
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, blockchain, biotech)
- Exceptional presentation skills with executive audiences
- Experience managing cross-functional teams in agile environments
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation
