Responsibilities
- Architect and execute the 2026 Innovation Roadmap with 5-year strategic foresight
- Lead cross-functional pods of quantum physicists, neuroengineers, and UX futurists
- Identify and secure partnerships with frontier tech labs (MIT Media Lab, CERN)
- Develop patent-pending frameworks for human-AI co-evolution systems
- Present quarterly disruption briefings to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Mentor next-gen innovators through our Quantum Leap Fellowship program
- Secure $50M+ in R&D funding through visionary proposal development
Qualifications
- 15+ years in tech innovation with 5+ years in C-suite strategy
- PhD in Computational Sciences or equivalent disruptive experience
- Published thought leadership in MIT Technology Review or equivalent
- Track record of commercializing 3+ paradigm-shifting technologies
- Expertise in converging biotech, AI, and quantum computing domains
- Fluency in systems thinking and scenario planning methodologies
- Portfolio demonstrating 2020-2025 foresight accuracy >85%
- Security clearance for classified innovation programs preferred
