Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1/2 technical support via phone, chat, and remote access
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues for enterprise clients
- Document all interactions and resolutions in ticketing systems
- Monitor system health and respond to alerts during night shifts
- Collaborate with global teams using communication tools
- Adhere to SLAs and security protocols

Qualifications
