Responsibilities
- Develop 2026+ technology foresight frameworks using trend analysis and scenario planning
- Lead R&D initiatives in quantum AI and biotech convergence
- Collaborate with C-suite to integrate future-proof strategies into corporate vision
- Build global innovation ecosystems with academic and industry partners
- Present disruptive concepts to investors and board stakeholders
- Oversee patent portfolio development for emerging tech domains
- Drive ethics-by-design frameworks for autonomous systems
Qualifications
- 15+ years in strategic innovation or futurism leadership
- PhD or equivalent in Futures Studies, Systems Theory, or related field
- Published author in tech forecasting or exponential technologies
- Proven track record scaling R&D budgets >$50M
- Expertise in quantum computing, AI governance, or climate tech
- Certification in Futures Methodologies (e.g., WFS, APF)
- Experience with global regulatory frameworks for emerging tech
- Portfolio of implemented future-proofing initiatives
