Responsibilities
- Architect and deploy next-generation neural network models with a focus on scalability and efficiency.
- Lead research initiatives into Large Language Models (LLMs), multimodal AI, and reinforcement learning.
- Optimize model inference pipelines to reduce latency in real-time applications.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate complex AI capabilities into intuitive user experiences.
- Establish best practices for MLOps, data governance, and model monitoring.
Qualifications
- PhD or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field.
- Deep proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX.
- Strong background in NLP, Transformers, and computer vision architectures.
- Proven experience with MLOps tools (Kubeflow, MLflow) and cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP/Azure).
- Demonstrated ability to solve complex problems with clean, modular code.
