Responsibilities
- Architect the 2026 Vision: Define and execute the long-term strategic roadmap for Generative AI, Quantum Computing integration, and Neural Interfaces.
- Prototype Next-Gen Models: Design and implement experimental AI models capable of reasoning, multi-modal synthesis, and autonomous decision-making.
- Lead High-Performance Teams: Mentor a diverse team of machine learning engineers and data scientists to bridge the gap between theoretical research and production deployment.
- Ethical AI Governance: Establish and enforce rigorous ethical guidelines and safety protocols for advanced autonomous systems.

Qualifications

- Leadership Experience: 5+ years of experience leading technical teams in a research or engineering environment.
