Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive Technology Strategy for the 2026 fiscal year and beyond.
- Conduct in-depth market research to identify disruptive technologies and potential competitive advantages.
- Bridge the gap between technical innovation and business strategy by presenting clear roadmaps to stakeholders.
- Oversee pilot programs for emerging tech, measuring success and scaling viable innovations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate futuristic solutions into current product lifecycles.
- Lead internal workshops and training sessions to foster a culture of innovation and future readiness.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in strategic planning, technology consulting, or product management.
- Proven track record of forecasting technology trends and implementing them successfully.
- Strong expertise in Artificial Intelligence, Blockchain, or emerging digital transformation technologies.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to influence senior leadership.
- Master’s degree in Business Administration (MBA), Computer Science, or a related technical field.
- Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams in high-pressure environments.
