- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping and validating futuristic solutions through agile methodologies
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite executives and board members with data-driven insights
- Establish industry partnerships with leading research institutions and tech incubators
- Monitor global tech policy and regulatory shifts to ensure compliance and competitive positioning
- Mentor junior strategists and foster a culture of innovation within the organization
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Technology Strategy, Computer Science, or Business Innovation with 7+ years relevant experience
- Proven track record developing technology roadmaps for 2025+ initiatives
- Expertise in emerging tech ecosystems (quantum computing, generative AI, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex data into actionable strategies
- Strong executive presence and experience presenting to C-suite and board-level stakeholders
- Certifications in strategic planning (e.g., TOGAF, PMI-SP) preferred
