Responsibilities
- Strategic Roadmapping: Develop and maintain a comprehensive 3-year technology roadmap specifically targeting key milestones for 2026.
- Trend Analysis: Continuously monitor global tech trends, emerging competitors, and regulatory shifts to inform strategic decisions.
- R&D Leadership: Collaborate with engineering and product teams to pilot emerging technologies (e.g., Generative AI, Edge Computing) before full-scale deployment.
- Stakeholder Management: Communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders to drive buy-in for long-term initiatives.
- Investment Strategy: Assess the viability and ROI of new tech acquisitions, partnerships, and software licenses.
- Agile Implementation: Oversee the transition of theoretical strategies into agile execution plans.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- Experience: Minimum of 8+ years of experience in technology strategy, product management, or R&D leadership.
- Strategic Vision: Proven track record of identifying disruptive technologies and integrating them into business models.
- Leadership: Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage executive relationships.
- Technical Literacy: Deep understanding of current and emerging tech stacks, including AI/ML, Cloud Infrastructure, and IoT.
